Joe Palm Palmisano Sr.

Joseph “Palm” Palmisano, Sr., 54, a lifetime resident of New Britain, Ct. died Thursday April 24, 2014 due to injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident. Joe was born in New Britain, Ct. and was the son of Cathrine (Taylor) Palmisano of Bristol, Ct. and the late Peter Palmisano, Sr. Joe loved to spend his quality time fishing, gardening, driving, hiking and cooking for his family and friends. He was a fan of the Washington Redskins, Baltimore Orioles and the Chicago Blackhawks. Joe was also a member of St. Ann Church, New Britain, CT and worked for CWPM as a truck driver. 
In addition to his mother, Joseph is survived by his three sons, Michael J. Palmisano, Sr. and his fiancée Amanda Royer of Torrington, CT., Joseph Palmisano, Jr. and his fiancé Abbey Cyr of Southington, Ct. and Anthony J. Palmisano of New Britain, Ct., his brother, Peter Palmisano, Jr. of Bristol, Ct., his two sisters, Tina Minella of Bristol, Ct. and Roseanne Palmisano of New Britain, Ct. and his two grandchildren, Michael Palmisano, Jr. and Xavier Palmisano.
